McKayla
Patient Care Coodinator
McKayla joined the practice in 2025 as our Patient Care Coordinator at the beginning of this year. Previously, she was a Mental Health Support Specialist, and is certified with a CNA and CRMA, having received her CNA at 16 years old!
McKayla’s favorite part about her job is being the first welcoming face of the office that patients see, hopefully setting a positive vibe for the rest of their visit. She enjoys baking, cooking, exploring with her boyfriend and his daughter, and being an aunty to her 10-year-old and 8-year-old nephews as well as her 7-year-old niece.
Natasha
Office Manager
With eight years of experience at our practice, Natasha plays an essential role in keeping our office running smoothly. She is passionate about helping patients feel welcome and confident in their care, and she truly enjoys being part of a team that makes a positive difference in people’s lives. For Natasha, the best part of her job is connecting with patients and ensuring every visit is a comfortable and seamless experience.
When she’s not at the office, Natasha dedicates her time to her other half, Justin. Together, they love going on random adventures-whether it’s riding their new SXS, taking spontaneous drives, shopping, fishing or relaxing around a campfire. She also treasures time spent with friends and family. Between the two of them, they share five children who keep life full, busy and fun.
Taylor
Registered Dental Hygienist
Taylor has been working in the dental field for several years and joined our team as a Dental Hygienist in 2024, specializing in local anesthesia, periodontal therapy, and preventative cleanings. Taylor received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of New England, Minoring in Special Education, and was certified in CPR. Taylor also has an interest in Myofunctional Therapy.
Taylor’s favorite part about being on the team is the opportunity to form relationships with her patients, and seeing the improvements in their oral health after working with them. She also likes to sing and hum during cleanings!
Outside of the office, some of Taylor’s hobbies include hiking, traveling, country concerts, and watching NFL football.
Rachael
Registered Dental Hygienist
Originally from Rutland, Vermont, Rachael earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from University of New England in Portland, ME. She is licensed in local anesthesia and has advanced training in periodontal therapy, allowing her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Rachael has been in the dental field for six years, beginning her career at just 19 years old at the dental office where her mother was an office manager in Wallingford, VT. That early experience sparked her passion for dentistry and shaped her commitment to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient.
She has been part of the Morgan Dental Care team since 2023 and truly values the family-like atmosphere of the practice. Rachael is most passionate about making a meaningful difference in her patients’ health and confidence. She loves educating patients, preventing disease, and helping even the most anxious individuals feel comfortable and at ease in her chair. She is always eager to expand her knowledge to ensure each patient receives the highest quality care they deserve.
Outside the office, Rachael enjoys skiing at Killington — where she first learned at just four years old — golfing, traveling (there’s always a trip in the works!), and spending time with music and dancing. Growing up, she also played soccer and basketball, and she still brings that same team spirit and energy into her work every day.
Mandi
Treatment Plan Coodinator
Mandi has been working in the dental field since 1999, and has been at our practice since 2001. She helps out in all parts of the office, and is passionate about making your experience at Morgan Dental Care as smooth as possible.
Mandi’s favorite pizza is jalapeno & pineapple, she’s a bingo die-hard, and is the daughter of Randy and Sandy.
Also, she also dressed up as a turkey for her first job. Gobble Gobble!
